Open Bible Christian Academy is a member of the Maryland Independent Athletic Conference (MIAC). We compete with other Christian schools from around the Baltimore Metro area. OBCA has many opportunities for middle and high school boys and girls to compete in a variety of sports. Sports for middle and high school young men includes soccer In the fall and basketball in the winter. For middle school and high school young ladies we offer volleyball in the fall, basketball in the winter months and soccer in the spring.. At the end of each year we have a Sports Award Ceremony to acknowledge the achievements of the athletes in ability but more importantly Christian character.

 

At Open Bible, we strive to teach our athletes to practice and play as unto the Lord. To help them understand that, even in the heat of competition, we are to put God first. We desire that they know that their Christian character will be remembered long after we remember which team won or lost.
